[xep-support] Invalid option name in the argument list: com.renderx.xep.TMPDIR

This is to be
     -Dcom.renderx.xep.TMPDIR "/path/to/myNewFastTempDir"
when called from command line, or just
     options.setProperty("TMPDIR", "/path/to/myNewFastTempDir");
when using XEP API.
It works.
