[xep-support] Table captions

There was a question several days ago about table captions.  Since I am
contemplating a project that will require them, I was eagerly awaiting an
answer.  Did I miss it?

As I recall, the person who posed the question claimed that XEP was always
placing the caption above the table, no matter how he tried to specify the
caption placement.
