Hi,

currently, table-caption is placed where it is occured in the source file.
The element and at least some of it's attributes' functionality will be
supported in the next release much better. I simply didn't have enough
time to code it down -- this is simple technically, but we had a long
list of other things to do.

Anyway, since in the basic conformance level the only two positions are before
and after, table-caption is the same as just a block of text. It does not
add any functionality, just syntactic sugar.
