It looks like you have an invalid namespace defined in your stylesheet.
http://uri-for-function-namespace looks like it may have beencopied from 
an example.
A typical namespace declaration looks like

<xsl:stylesheet version="2.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">
