[xep-support] Blank docbook rendering with Oxygen...

I’ve been having difficulty getting RenderX to provide docbook 5 output using oxygen xml. 

I’ve tried installing on a brand new macintosh, and also with Linux Ubuntu, with the same result. 

I’m using the test-docbook.xml file, which is a standard template from Oxygen. 

I’ve attached two outputs, the apache-fo which renders correctly, and the xep output which generates a proper PDF table of contents, but only renders dots and numerals in the output. 

The console output indicates no errors… Below. 

How do I get the xep output to properly render?
