[xep-support] com.renderx.graphics.ImageFormatException for TIFF file

Hi,

We are experiencing an error when displaying an TIFF image: [error] 
com.renderx.graphics.ImageFormatException: RGB image cannot have 4 samples 
per pixel in TIFF image.  What does it mean? I would be happy to supply 
you a copy of an image that causes this problem.
