[xep-support] Error from XEP - formatting failed - java.lang.NumberFormatException

Hello

I just download the personal edition to try, and it fails to make
a PDF from an FO that I produced from DocBook stylesheets (version
docbook-xsl-1.78.1):

./xep -fo ../output/fo/part03.fo -pdf ../output/pdf/part03.pdf
...
   (generate [output-format pdf][i]error: formatting failed: 
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "i"

The xep.xml config file was as shipped.
