[xep-support] Text disappears when using fo:float

I am using an fo:float with float="before", and some of the main flow of 
text is being omitted from the page in two different ways, depending on 
the context.

1. If the float is followed by a list-block that should occur on the 
same page following the float, the float appears in the PDF, but no 
other text appears on the page with the float.  The following page 
resumes output, but about a page of the text is missing.

2. If the float is not followed by a list-block within the range of a 
page, text appears on the page with the float.  However, it appears that 
the float "overlays" or replaces some text that would otherwise appear 
at the beginning of this page, rather than that text beginning after the 
float.

I am using XEP Version 4.19 build 20110304.

Please let me know if it would be helpful to have sample files.
