[xep-support] XEP 4.19 Cocoon Serializer & URIResolver

Hello everyone,

we are currently evaluation XEP 4.19 in a Cocoon 2.1.11 environment. The
Serializer class - that is contained in the devkit - works pretty well except
for the Cocoon internal protocol, e.g.

<fo:external-graphic src="url(cocoon://../snake.jpg)"

results in a broken PDF with the warning message

  [warning] Could not retrieve image from 'null': java.net.MalformedURLException: Invalid URL or non-existent file: 
cocoon://.../snake.jpg

The Apache FOP Serializer comes with a custom implementation of javax.xml.transform.URIResolver,
registered as an avalon component.

Any advice whould be welcome!
