[xep-support] validate

I recently started using xep 4.18 and noticed that there was a program 
called "validate".  Cool, I thought; they're providing an XML validator, 
so I don't need to install xmlvalid any more.  Nope, this only seems to 
work for XSL-FO files?

Might I suggest that validate is a very poor choice of names for this 
executable -- something fo-validate would be much better (assuming I'm 
correct about the function of validate).
