Hello Gabriel,

In XEP 4.18 20100322, which has just been released (XEPWin update to 
come soon), we have added four new values for <?xep-pdf-page-layout 
val?> processing instruction:

   two-columns-left
   two-columns-right
   two-pages-left
   two-pages-right

Hope that's exactly what you need.
