[xep-support] Set default view for pdf

I would also like to see support for the ability to specify the display 
preference of "Two-Up Continuous (Cover Page)" within the document.

Hello,

I have a multipage document with right and left pages and would like to
embed information about the advised viewing properties in the document:

 - Two pages per screen
 - The first page should be standalone 
 - Fit pages to window

The "fit pages to window" can be done with the processing instruction
<?xep-pdf-initial-zoom fit?>
Are there (undocumented) processing ustructions for the other two
requirements?
