[xep-support] Crop offset PostScript->Distiller->PDF

Hi,

Is it possible to get the crop offset defined by 
xep-postscript-crop-offset to be converted to a "real" crop offset when 
the PostScript-file is distilled to a PDF.

It works great when XEP creates the PDF directly and I use 
xep-pdf-crop-offset. But if I let XEP generate a PostScript-file and I 
then convert that to a PDF using Acrobat Distiller the crop settings are 
not preserved in the PDF. I get the correct page size but no trim settings.
