[xep-support] Absolutely-positioned block containers relative to what?

Hi all,

Has the issue described at http://services.renderx.com/lists/xep-support/0118.html where absolutely-positioned block containers are positioned relative to the page's reference area, rather than the nearest ancestor reference area, been resolved?  My understanding is that an absolutely-positioned block container should be positioned relative to the immediately-enclosing block-container I created, regardless of what attributes are set on that enclosing block-container, but perhaps I am reading the XSL specification incorrectly.
