[xep-support] New feature - change bars as PDF comments

Hello Everyone,

it would be nice to have generated change bars in form of PDF comment (vertical lines). In Adobe Acrobat there is possibility to display Comment list and jump from one comment to another. It would be great if there are only several changes in large document. Now there is no easy way how to detect which pages are changed so the whole document must be scrolled down in review process, which is quite annoying.
