[xep-support] SVG fonts are too large?

Ok, I feel foolish for answering my own question, especially so 
quickly.  The problem was that the svg figure size was defined in 
points, and the viewport was defined in pixels.  This resulted in 
scaling the entire figure, including the fonts.
