[xep-support] SVG fonts are too large?

Hi

I am just trying to embed SVG files for the first time.  I am using the 
PDF generator.

The problem I am having is that the fonts are rendered larger than I 
expect.  If I request a 10pt font, it comes out looking more like a 18 
or 20pt size.  I have attached a simple SVG and XML example to show my 
problem.

Can someone help me to get the correct sizes?
