Hello Camille,

This is indeed an XEP extension, very useful for style sheet debugging 
(at least I usually start with adding borders when analyzing foreign XSL 
FO files looking for a page-master related issues). XEP also used to 
bark on these attributes, but it has been changed: happened far too often.
