[xep-support] 'absolute' page grid

Hi,
 
The body text on my pages has a line-height of 12pt.
12 line 1
24 line 2
36 line 3
48 line 4
60 line 5
 
The second page starts with an image, which has a height of 30 pts. The
following text should start on line 4 (48pts).
 
Is it possible to start text after images (or a text-block with a different
line-height), on a line that as a multiple value of 12 pts (grid)?
