[xep-support] is XEP capable of adjusting line spacing in accordance with alignment-adjust?

Hi Chris,

XEP is capable. What value did you set 'line-height-shift-adjustment' to?  
It is "consider-shifts" by default, but docbook-xsl stylesheets, for  
example, reset it to 'disregard-shits'.
