[xep-support] DITA and XEP

Dita-OT-1.2.2, Saxon-6.5.5 and 8B, oXygen-7.2.0 (eclipse-3.1.2 plugin),
XEP-4.6 (current build)

 

Proficient with DocBook; new to DITA.

 

What is required to generate a PDF index in XEP similar to Docbook; is there
an xep.extensions stringparm for DITA ?

 

Lastly, what is a good list to join for a DITA newbie ?
