[xep-support] File Transmission SVGMATH

I wish to use Mr. Nikolai Grigoriev's MathML to SVG Converter with my XEP
chain.  The converter requires that one have a svgmath.xml file to configure
fonts.  The file supplied with SVGMath
is for Windows.  I run xep on our Department's Linux computer.  

How does one generate an approprate svgmath.xml file?

I know SVGMath is compatible with XEP as Mr. Grigoriev's web site has the 
results PDF rendering of the some
sample SVG files "with all fonts embedded by Render X  XEP"
