The answer depends on what you are trying to accomplish and what limitations
you are willing to accept.
Are you trying to concatenate several XEP formatted PDFs into one PDF?
This can be accomplished using a routine like ConcatFormatter (included in
the developer's toolkit http://www.renderx.com/tools/devkit.html). This
actually takes many separate XSL FO documents in a single run and
concatenates the intermediate results. This resulting file is then passed to
XEP to produce a single PDF. A common application for such a technique is to
produce very large output documents like direct mailings with tens of 1000s
of pages.
As stated by someone else, if you are only looking to put together PDFs that
have been produced by another product then there are other market solutions
well suited to this task, this is not what XEP was designed to do.

Subject: [xep-support] Merging multiple PDFs into one
Hi,
Can someone give me some hint(s) how to merge multiple PDFs into one PDF
file? I am using RenderX engine in the Java environment. Thanks.
