[xep-support] text-alignment marginalia

Dear Henk and Alexander,

I overlooked that extension. My reasoning is also not correct, because
there is another example where the formatter can take into account the
page it is on: change bars, which will be in XSL-FO 1.1 and are already
in XEP.
