[xep-support] xep.xattic.com & COM Wrapper?

Hi,
 
The archives frequently reference "http://xep.xattic.com" for downloads,
examples and.... A COM wrapper. Except that site does not seem to exist
anymore. 

Is the COM wrapper still available? I'm using XEP in plain old ASP.
