[xep-support] Ensure Dynamic at top of page

I have a stylesheet with both XSL and FO commands.

I am creating a PDF file that will have mutiple pages.

How do I ensure that dynamic data will always be forced to the top of page, even if there is enough room on the previous page to start outputting it there?

I know I can insert static data in the header and footer, but can I do the same with dynamic data processed from the XML file.
