Hi Peter,

just template is not enough; looks like an inheritance issue.
We need either xml+xsl (as small as possible but so that it
reveals the problems) or the FO. To the list if it is small,
or to support at renderx.com if it is not or if you don't want
to show the code to other subscribers.
