[xep-support] enMasse configuration problem?

I'm trying to start an enMasse access point (Toaster), and keep getting the 
following error on the command line:

failed to parse configuration file enmasse.conf: object does not support item 
assignment

This is what my config file looks like:

<toaster>
	<folders temporary="'c:/temp/'"/>

	<servers>
		<server port="6570"/>
	</servers>
	
	<option name="log-path" value="'c:/temp/enmasse.log'"/>
 	<option name="log-level" value="'errors'"/>
	<option name="socket-timeout" value="600"/>

	<cliser format="'pdf'">
		<option name="pdf:COMPRESS" value="'false'"/>
	</cliser>
</toaster>

Any idea what might be causing this problem?
