[xep-support] XEP 3.7.8: SVG namespace in instream-foreign-object

Hi Alexander,

I use Xerces-J 2.6.2, which I prepend to the bootclasspath. That is indeed
the problem. If I use the parser in the JDK1.4 there is no problem.
