[xep-support] XEP 3.7.8: SVG namespace in instream-foreign-object

Hello Werner,

I cannot reproduce this situation running XEP from command-line under
Java 1.4. It has to be a problem with your XML parser. XEP utilize
following interfaces (in order of decreased precedence) to obtain XML
parser: JAXP, SAX2, SAX1. XP is XEP's fallback parser. Which XML
parser do you use in this specific case?
