TeX pattern files are usable without changes usualy. You must comment (% 
at the start of line) only lines with some complex macro calls not 
recognized by XEP.

Codelist files are necessary for mapping character code from particular 
8bit encoding used in TeX file into Unicode character code. I'm 
attaching simple PHP script which is able to produce codes file from 
encoding definition tables which can be found on Unicode.org server.
