[xep-support] Superscript/subscript and lineheight

Ryan,

If the space between the line doesn't increase the superscripted text will come
very close the line above. If you use a font-size of 0.72em and a baseline-shift
of 25% (or -25% for subscript), you normally stay within the line while still
having the visual effect.
