[xep-support] Possible Bug In list-block with relative-align="baseline"

I have sent a supporting sample to support at renderx.com. When I have a 
list-block with relative-align="baseline", if the first line of the 
list-item-body contains an inline graphic or a superscript, the 
list-item-label is not aligned with the baseline of the list-item-body.

I have tested with 3.17.
