[xep-support] small caps (inline font-variant) support?

Font-variant property is not supported in XEP; this is stated
clearly in the documentation. There is no way to make 
XEP transform characters. The only option is to contact 
your font vendor, and ask for a special smallcaps font 
for a given family. If you succeed in that, the font should 
be specified as a separate font family.
