[xep-support] Multiple-column Page, but Single-Column Footnotes

Thank you for all the information and discussion about
this issue. I'm just wondering if you could give me an
estimate of any kind on roughly when the
"multiple-column body single-column footnotes" could
possibly be implemented in XEP.
