[xep-support] problems with markers (with attachment)

I am having problems getting markers to work correctly.
While the marker.fo example works perfectly, on my simple file the last
marker for the flow is always retrieved even though I specify

<fo:block text-align="center" font-size="9pt">
<fo:retrieve-marker retrieve-class-name="title"
retrieve-position="first-starting-within-page" retrieve-boundary="page" />
</fo:block>

Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong (.fo file attached)?

One extra question to aid my evaluation, in your COM interface (not
documented in evaluation copy?) is it possible to access the number of pages
produced by an FO file when processed (in order to then set the start page
corretcly for the next chapter).
