[xep-support] <fo:leader> within a toc

hi!

for a toc the <fo:leader> element must fill the distance between the text on the left site and the page-number on the right site. but it dosn't. i get only three points as leader...
(it works using fox und xsl-formatter)
some ideas to fix that?
some properties i've forgotten?
