[xep-support] Tables always extending to the end of pages

I think I have got an answer from Gregory (great support from both of you, even on a Saturday!). 

The idea is quite simple and common in invoices : having a table (3 columns = transaction date, description, amount due) that extends to the bottom of the region-body (usually a footer follows). The totals appear right at the bottom of the table (the last page of this table, since the table could run to several pages).

Thanks also for  "border-*-width.conditionality". Sorry to have implied this might have been an XEP problem, Fop had another behaviour (false according to 7.7.18 in the specs).
