[xep-support] Table limitation

Hi all,

Reading section 1.3 of the XEP documentation there is a limitation in the way repeatable table-headers are implemented. This section suggest to put a keep-together.within-column="always" attribute on fo:table-header. But that does not seem to resolve the fact that headers are repeated after any pending row from the previous page. What's the solution then . Should I put keep-together.within.colum on each fo:table-cell fo ?
