the DITA map, we always get an index. The index bookmark in the PDF is
not created if <indexlist/> is not in the map, but the index is still
there at the end of the PDF file.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>We are using RenderX Version 4.16 build 20090723 and DITA
OT1.5. Is there a setting somewhere in XEP where I can tell it to only
generate the index if <indexlist/> is included in the DITA Map?<o:p></o:p></p>
