contains a list being split between the 2 pages with the second page footer
starting half way up the page rather than in its correct position.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>In an attempt to prevent the footnote spanning two pages I
added a <span style='color:#F5844C'>keep-together.within-page</span><span style='color:#FF8040'>=</span><span style='color:#993300'>"always" </span>to
the footnote which works as expected but the footnote region is still half way
up the page leaving a lot of white space which breaks up my content in an
undesired way.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>When I run the file through FOP the footnotes appear as
expected, could this be a bug with XEP (I’m running 4.18)?<o:p></o:p></p>
