Hi,<br>

We're trying to produce a PDF document with a link to an html file -
there are no issues when it's an http: URL but I can't seem to get it
to work for a file: based URL.<br>

We're using FO of the form:<br>
<br>
<blockquote><small><fo:basic-link color="blue"
external-destination=<a class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="file:///temp/test.html">"file:///temp/test.html"</a>></small><br>

and<br>

</small>We're using XEP 4.9. <br>
The XEP documentation says:<br>

protocol specification are rendered as PDF inter-document links. All
other links are treated as Internet URIs, and open in a browser. "</small><br>

does this mean that there is no way to link to a local file other than
PDF files? I know that PDF supports this as I have produced and seen
other PDF documents that do this successfully.<br>

All clarification or guidance would be appreciated.<br>
