<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hi,</FONT> <BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>We have been
experiencing a couple of issues with this FO file and it will be great if you
could have a look at it.</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Please look at the PDF generated from the attached
FO using XEP. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Issue #1: </FONT><BR><FONT face=Arial
size=2>----------------</FONT> <BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>If you look at the
index, you can see that some terms on the left coplumn overlap into the right
column. </FONT><BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>E.g. </FONT><BR><FONT face=Arial
size=2>DBMSs (database management systems) on page 547</FONT> <BR><FONT
face=Arial size=2>Mysql_connect() function (PHP) on page 550</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Any idea as to why this happening? Looks like the
page breaks are not being applied correctly.</FONT> </P><BR>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Issue #2:</FONT> <BR><FONT face=Arial
size=2>---------------</FONT> <BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>Table on page# 103.
The left hand column overlaps into the right hand column. </FONT><BR><FONT
face=Arial size=2>After further investigation I found that the the left column
text is a <programlisting> tag and that’s why it is centered to the
page. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>How can we disable that when it is enclosed in a
table?</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Your help is greatly appreciated and I look forward
to your reply soon.</FONT> </P>
