If you do not want to scale proportional than you will need to scale with
xep:transform but that will distort things

Use xep-pdf-page-scaling PI as in:

 

<xsl:processing-instruction
name="xep-pdf-page-scaling">1.25</xsl:processing-instruction>

 

 

That would scale everything in the PDF uniformly up by 1.25.

Is there an easy way to insert some post processing into the XEP workflow to
rescale an A4 document to Letter? I guess we would be looking at using the
intermediate format and xep:transform perhaps?
