[xep-support] Issue with FOOTNOTE_REORDERING=true truncating output

Hi Everyone,

The difference between the attached 2 files is on line 943, commented on the OK file, and uncommented on the file with loss of text:
<fo:block text-align="center" space-after.minimum="2.25pt" space-after.optimum="4.5pt" space-after.maximum="6.75pt" break-after="column"/>
That occurs within a table.
Combined with FOOTNOTE_REORDERING setting, causes the content after the column break to disappear. If the setting is not set, then content will show, if setting is set to true, then text will be truncated. Has anyone seen this issue before? And is there a workaround?
