[xep-support] Mistagged table

Dear All,

when the attached FO table is rendered using XEP 4.24 with accessibility enabled, I can see mistagged header cells using the following procedure:
https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/PDF20.html

It doesn't block me, but it could be nice to have it fixed in the future.
