Finally we found that we received wrong data in the XML caused by an expired license in one of the components of the source system.
So it does not relate to the Microsoft patch installation.

Dear Support,

Since the last Microsoft patch installation we receive a lot of errors like this:
Attribute 'width' cannot have a value of "NaNpt"
Which we never seen before.

We use
Version 14.0.6.6112.5000 (32-bit) Word version on our ADTS server.

Can you please help to solve this issue?
