[xep-support] license expired?

Hi,
I'm a DocBook consultant, and in the past you have generously provided 
me with a license for XEP which I have used to support many of my 
clients that use XEP.  Now it seems my XEP license has expired.  When I 
downloaded XEP 4.24 and copied over my old license.xml file, it no 
longer seems to work.  Can I get a new license?  Thanks.

I have attached the old license file.
