[xep-support] Re: Letters "fi" are not transformed

"fi" gets joined together with a ligature in some fonts. I once ran into 
a weird rendering behaviour (in another product, not xep) that 
consistently only screwed up certain words (all involving "fi"), and it 
turned out to be a bug with ligatures.
