[xep-support] How to create layers in a PDF with XEP?

Hello,
I'm using XEP with Oxygen to generate PDF output from DITA source files. 
I'm working on a customization plug-in in DITA Open Toolkit.
I'd like to have some content in a specific layer in the PDF (that we 
could hide/display, aka OCGs ). Is there any way to do it at the xsl fo 
level? Or by any other means?
